INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT and PEAK PERFORMANCE SESSIONS (click for more info)

Sessions are focused on maximizing and enhancing performance by learning and applying mental skills required to enhance consistency and concentration, maximize strengths, increase confidence, deal with performance anxiety, learn effective imagery strategies, set realistic goals and manage expectations.

We can also address issues related to injuries, team dynamics and dealing with increased pressures and responsibilities. It is individualized and aimed to the specific athlete’s abilities, experience and age.

PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT FOR TEAMS

Sessions available to provide an educational and experiential introduction to the application of sport psychology principles. Topics include:

Team building and dynamics, dealing with anxiety, imagery and self-talk for peak performance, creating successful pre-performance routines, goal-setting, concentration training, dealing with injuries and burn-out, and achieving flow among others.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

These sessions are skill based and focus on teaching you specific behavioral strategies to help you manage your stress, lower your anxiety, and feel more in control of your responses to stress and your changing environment!
